Julia Stiles(Bourne films, Save the Last Dance), America Ferrera (Our Family Wedding, Ugly Betty), Gary Dourdan(CSI) are just a few of the big names featured in these short films.Whilst doing a research piece on Julia Stiles for a different publication, I came across this great short film channel on YOUTUBE! This channel clearly shows the advancement of technology and the new way of watching shows, showing that audiences no longer heavily rely on televisions and movies for entertainment but that YOUTUBE is now a force to be reckoned with. With the boom of tablets and smartphones you can see why the guys behind WIGS took this route, you can easily be watching these episodes on your smartphone or iPad wherever you are. Technology and entertainment are definitely advancing together with the consumer in mind. The short films are interesting, captivating and leave you wanting more and even open up discussion topics. We have shared just one full short film for you which stars America as ‘Christine’ – we hope you enjoy it as much as we did and you go and subscribe onto the WIGS channel here
