‘Do you know, understand and respect your squads love languages?’ - #NomweSquadGoals . . . Since time immemorial society has placed A LOT of importance of romantic relationships (cue self-proclaimed ‘relationships gurus’, seminars, books, podcasts ) and has neglected to realise that for us to function as self-actualised aka woke beings equal if not more emphasis should be placed on our friendships. This is how the ‘#NomweSquadGoals: The Friendships Edition’ was born, where myself and co-host Mukuka will delve deeper into friendships. Mukuka aka Mama Fixer is a digital media strategist and podcaster, she is also a personal friend of over 10 years. The series premiere episode is now live, click link in bio. . . . #SquadGoals #africanpodcasters #africanpodcast #NomwePodcast #africanbloggers #blackgirlspodcast #blackgirls #blackgirlskillingit #selfdevelopment #friendshipgoals #sistersquad #sistercircle #lovelanguage
Ain’t much changed, honestly. We grew, they created better formulated longwear lipsticks, we outgrew some friends, some friends we’ll just drift apart HOWEVER for us two our love for each has grown, we fight hard for each other, we communicate better, we laugh harder, we pray for each other even more, and what’s not changed is that we’ll always be right by each other’s side. We thank God for blessing us and for never changing our smiles around each other❣️💕 My mum and dad’s bestie @tamarao_stylista . . Naah come on..us mans we’ve always been 🔥🔥 and our sauce stays dripping! . .
