Dear 2025,

You have been such an interesting year. I walked into you with so much fear after everything that happened in 2024. That year gave me friendship breakups, health issues, and a level of uncertainty I did not see coming. I honestly did not know what you were going to bring. I felt like the show of my life had entered a brand new season with an entirely new cast and I was still learning everyones names. But somehow, this cast showed up for me in the best ways.

You proved to me that 2024 had a purpose. Even though 2025 was not perfect, I can see now that I needed every single lesson from the year before to become who I am today. I have changed so much that the 2024 version of me probably would not recognise the woman I am now.

This year I finally saw the power I hold when I embrace every version of myself. I allowed myself to be both the content creator and the cyber security consultant and both sides of me flourished. I secured some of my biggest content moments ever with brands like Canon and Deliveroo while also achieving a distinction in my cyber security degree apprenticeship. I really lived in my duality and it paid off.

No two days in 2025 looked the same and I am genuinely so thankful for everything you brought. Not every single goal was ticked off but I had good health, real joy, and a whole lot of laughter. I met some incredible people who feel like unexpected gifts. And yes I also saw Drake four times which at this point basically makes me an unofficial tour employee. I am waiting for HR to email me.

As I look ahead to 2026 and everything that is coming, I hope I continue to inspire other women to embrace their own version of doing both. Whatever their both may be. I want them to know that you can be ambitious and vulnerable at the same time and that you never have to shrink yourself to fit into one box.

Thank you 2025. I am ready for what is next.
