Introducing you to one of our favourite creatives, Rita Flora who we love and adore. On her platform Rita shares beauty tips, easy to follow makeup routines, fashion, travel all the whilst also keeping us safe in this cyber space with her invaluable advice. Rita shared with us her current faves that are bound to transform our makeup!

1. Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Blurring Balm

This product has transformed my makeup! I had seen people using the coloured versions and they looked great but as a combi skin big pored babe I needed something that would really stop the shine and minimise my pores and this did just that! A product I will buy any chance I get.

2. Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Water Drops

Miss Danessa! I am clearly obsessed with you!! I layer this on top of the blurring balm for my perfect primer cocktail. My tzone is where I get oiliest and after switching to this combo I just can’t look back.

3. Charlotte Tilbury Magic Water Cream

Staying on the theme of pre makeup skin prep, in the summer I decided to switch to Miss CT’s magic water cream for my moisturiser before makeup. The glow this gives is out of this world and makes my skin so soft and supple before I apply my primer cocktail. This was an instant holy grail product.

4. Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray

There isn’t a setting spray that I have not tried and surprisingly at first I did not like this product but now I am on my 4th bottle I think it’s safe to say this is my setting spray. I did a wear test in the summer (that I need to redo and actually post) and nothing compared to this. Extra brownie points if you follow on with the OneSize or L’Oréal setting spray to really lock that makeup in! Trust me I tried it in Thailand for a 10 hour day and that makeup did not move.

5. Skims Seamless Sculpt Shorts

You know when you look at a product and think how did I ever live without you? This is how I feel about these shorts. I’ve made near enough every woman I know that’s asked me about shapewear buy them! I feel like no matter your size you can’t go wrong with a good shapewear and this does exactly what it says it will.. smooths out any bumpy bits AND gives you an instant a free bbl. Kim knew exactly what she was doing with these.

6. Marc Jacobs Wild Daisy

I was sent this in PR recently and daisy was my secondary school perfume so I thought I will probably like it but might not reach for it much but boy was I wrong! I love this perfume so much, I feel like it’s a more grown up take on the original daisy whilst still giving me all the nostalgic feels. It can be worn alone or layered with another fragrance (usually something with vanilla when it’s me) and it’s just so bomb!

7. Riley Sager – Only One Left

This book is what Verity thought it was and it had me gripped!!! I started it on the flight home from Thailand and I walked around all day trying to finish it. I was so jet lagged but the book was so amazing I couldn’t put it down till I found out what happened.
