There is something about summer that stirs the senses. Skin is more exposed. Time stretches. The sun lingers. And yet, for many, the season amplifies an ache that rarely gets named: touch starvation. We often think of intimacy in purely sexual terms, but touch and sensuality are much broader languages of connection.
